This is not a mindless make, meaning it’s specifically tailored and shaped so crochet instructions vary from row to row. In order to ensure the proper fit, the pattern directions vary by row to account for the shoulder to waist to hip ratio.
The pattern is written for crocheters who find traditional crochet patterns challenging to understand but have an intermediate skill level. I go into great detail and provide lots of clarifying photos.
This pattern is heavy on stitch increases and decreases so there will be lots of stitch counting involved to be sure you're on the right track when following the pattern.
It's unisex and written for sizes XS-XXL. It includes instructions on how to adjust it to other sizes. This pattern is designed for Intermediate Crocheters, because it requires lots of increasing and decreasing stitches, but the pattern only uses basic stitches.
Previous garment construction will come in handy for this pattern as well, but is not required.
